Status Definitions:
- Updated from Prior Year, New Client or Not Started: We have not yet begun your return. If it has been more than a week since you delivered your information to us, please contact us.
- In Progress: We have received your information and we are working on your return. Please note, during our busiest months, your return may be in this status for several weeks.
- Questions to Client: We have requested additional information from you and are waiting on your answers. Please visit your client portal to view pending requests.
- Under Review: We are carefully reviewing your return to ensure the best possible outcome for you and to identify any planning strategies. Please be patient; during our busiest months, your return may be in this status for several weeks or more.
- Printed: We have completed final review and your return is being assembled. This can take several business days during our busiest months.
- Ready for Pickup or Notified: Your return has been signed by your CPA and is ready for you to pickup or sign electronically.
- Delivered: Your return has been delivered to you; please return your e-file authorization documents so we can e-file the return.
- Ready for E-File: We have received your e-file authorization documents and your return is in our queue for e-filing.
- EF Ext Accepted: Your extension has been accepted.
- EF Pending: We have submitted your return and are awaiting confirmation that it has been accepted.
- EF Accepted: Your return has been accepted by the IRS. Please visit the IRS or CDOR for further status information on your refund.
- EF Rejected: There was an issue with your e-file submission. We will contact you to correct the issue. Please contact us if your return has been in this status for 3 business days and you haven't heard from us.
- Complete: Your return has been delivered to you and e-filed and is complete for this year! Please visit the IRS or CDOR for further status information on your refund.
